Position: Identity and Access Management Architect
Education
BE or BS in a technical field with strong computer science background, MS in Computer Science is highly preferable.
Responsibilities:
Must have at least 2+years of work experience in application development and architecture design within the software industry. Expert in Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, XML, HTML, and/OR PERL
Should have experience in technologies such as SPML, IBM Web Sphere, BEA WebLogic and Tomcat Apache.
Working knowledge on various database structures such as MSSQL, Oracle, or DB2 is required
Experience/Exposure with different identity management provisioning systems such as SUN-Oracle, CA and Novell is highly desired.
Should be able to create and define business, functional and application architecture designs as per business requirements.
Experience with different platforms such as Red Hat Linux, SUSE, AIX, Sun Solaris, HP UNIX, and/OR Windows 2003/XP/Vista.
Familiarity with major enterprise solutions such as ERP, Mainframe etc is a plus.
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Years of experience:
1 or 2 years of software development experience
   

Position:

Identity Manager Security Consultant
Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science prefered.
Responsibility:
Serve as member of Identity and Access Governance implementation teams
Assist in design and architecture of overall IAM implementation
Develop code in Java and C++ for system applications.
Participate in detailed design architecture and implementing analysis that will identify requirements related to people, processes and technology.
Participate as team member or lead implementation projects.
Research technical problems and assist in identifying solutions
Integrate technical and application components.
Participate in identifying configuration changes.
Participate in implementing all systems to deploy an application.
Maintain, tune and repair applications and provide user support.
Provide support to project type work and put together work plans and task management.
Skills Required:
Requires experience deploying Identity Manager products from Sun-Oracle, CA and Novell in a minimum of two separate environments including a production roll out
Experience with the design and architecture of Directory Server products desirable
Proficiency in programming in Java, PERL and C++
Administrative Knowledge of SQL Server 200x, Oracle 9i/10g/11g, Windows 2000/2003/2008 Server, Linux, AIX and other UNIX-based Operating Systems, Terminal Server, Clustering technologies, Networking Protocols, Information Security is required.
Dedication to teamwork.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment.
Years of experience: Requires a minimum of 12 months of CA, Novell and/or Oracle Identity Manager experience
   

Position:

Sr. Systems Analyst / Systems Analyst
Education:
BE or BS in a technical field with strong computer science background, MS in Computers is highly preferable
Responsibilities:
Minimum expertise in Java, SQL, XML, HTML, SPML and/OR Perl
Work experience on multiple platforms such as Redhat Linux, Suse, Aix, and Sun solaris and Windows 2000/2003/xp/vista
Good understanding of JSP Serlets, JavaScript and iReports is highly desirable
Experience with various database structures such as Mysql, MSsql is required
Knowledge of SPML, Soap, IBM web sphere, BEA Weblogic and Tomcat Apache
Able to perform all engagements with the highest degree of professionalism, customer service and quality
Should communicate effective across teams and educate other team member on latest technologies and business processes
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Willing to work in a highly charged and motivated environment, Wiling to travel up to 75 percent of time
Years of experience: 1 or 2 years of software development experience
   
Position: Implementation Consultant
Education:
BE or BS in a technical field with strong computer science background, MS in Computers is highly preferable
Responsibilities:
Strong team player, with effective verbal and written communication skills
Should provide installation assistance, technical support and deployment services
Must have good development background
Should provide effective solutions to partners and client on project enhancements
Must be able to document implementation procedures and developed user guides for clients and partners
