Hemen Vimadalal is the CEO at Simeio Solutions and the identity and access management (IAM) practice lead for Simeio Solutions. He drives the vision and overall business strategy for Simeio Solutions. He was with VAAU from its inception where he helped establish the company to be positioned as the leader in the identity management industry. He has led many assessments and end-to-end implementations of role-based access control, user provisioning, identity auditing, identity certification, access control, web services, directory and password management products. Recognized as a thought leader in the identity management space, he regularly speaks at professional conferences and has published several whitepapers around IAM. In addition, he is knowledgeable about the regulatory and compliance requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, GLBA, and similar statutes as they relate to user provisioning, administration, access control and segregation of duties.

Naynesh Patel is a partner with Simeio Solutions. In his position, he will shape and guide Simeio's business strategies and operations, as well as lead the company's technology and product direction. He joins Simeio from KPMG LLP, where he served as practice director and Americas leader for identity and access management (IAM) services. During his tenure with KPMG, he led the development of, and served in a national instructor capacity, for the global delivery methodology around identity and access management. Mr. Patel has over 15 years of experience in the implementation, strategy, design and assessment of identity and access management solutions for clients in the telecom, retail, energy, automotive, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, entertainment, financial services and insurance sectors. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University.

Saryu Nayyar is a partner with Simeio Solutions. In her role, she is responsible for sales and delivery of the company’s identity and access management solutions on the west coast. Ms. Nayyar is a recognized visionary in the IAM industry, having held leadership roles with Oracle, Ernst & Young, Disney and Vaau (acquired by Sun). Prior to joining Simeio, she led the Global IAM Solution Strategists team for Oracle/Sun, where she was responsible for a $130M portfolio of product and services, including a market-leading identity management practice. She has over 10 years of experience in the implementation, strategy, design and assessment of identity and access management solutions for clients in the telecom, retail, energy, automotive, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, entertainment, financial services and insurance sectors.

Shawn Keve is a partner with Simeio Solutions. He plays a key role in helping to grow Simeio's business and to expand Simeio's mindshare in the marketplace. Most recently, he was Consulting Director at Oracle and Director of Professional Services for Sun Microsystems prior to Oracle's acquisition of Sun. He was responsible for the Sales and Delivery of a nearly $100M portfolio of IT services. Before joining Sun, he was part of Netscape eCommerce Solutions (acquired by AOL), KPMG Consulting, and MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Mr. Keve has over 18 years of experience in the strategy, architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise solutions across several industries, including financial services, health care and life sciences, manufacturing, media and entertainment, telecommunications, and retail. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Management Information Systems) from Northeastern University.

Asif Savvas is a Vice President with Simeio Solutions. He is responsible for sales and delivery for the Simeio Canada IAM practice. Prior to joining Simeio, Mr. Savvas held responsibility for delivery of identity solutions across Canada at Oracle/Sun. At Oracle, he contributed to growing the identity footprint in Canada. Mr. Savvas played a unique role of a solutions advisor to some of Oracle’s largest customers in Canada. Mr. Savvas joined Sun as part of the Vaau acquisition where he played a vital role in establishing the Vaau Role Management Product (now renamed Oracle Identity Analytics) as an industry leader in the areas of Role Management and Compliance. He has worked across North America serving clients in the Utility, energy, telecommunications, and financial services industries and is seen as thought leader in the areas of Identity Management, RBAC and Compliance. He holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from Madras University and an MBA from The University of British Columbia’s, Sauder School of Business.

Debbie Cuadros is the vice president of business development and partner relations for Simeio Solutions. In her role, she is responsible for identifying new revenue and partnership opportunities, in addition to building Simeio's existing partner base. Ms. Cuadros is a recognized thought leader in user provisioning implementations, including business process remediation and other operational enhancements. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences including Digital ID World, Gartner Identity and Access Management Summit, Burton Catalyst Conference and CA World. During her career, Ms. Cuadros has led multiple large-scale implementations for user provisioning, role-based access control, audit and compliance from both the client and vendor partner sides. She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Organizational Change Management from Chapman University.

Jeanne Maguire is the director of operations for Simeio Solutions. Her areas of responsibility include overall management of operations, including human resources, accounts receivable, project tracking, customer relations, payroll and consultant personnel services. Jeanne brings more than 12 years of financial operations leadership experience and a track record of success to Simeio Solutions. She is a proactive, strategic thinker whose skills contribute to the efficient, systematic and profitable operation of the company's consulting department. Jeanne's background includes all areas of human resources, personnel training and management, financial processing and reporting.
