Hemen directs and drives the overall vision and strategy for Simeio, which is underpinned by his passion for building high performance teams, driving innovation and focusing on delivering value to customers.
Prior to founding Simeio, he worked with Vaau from its inception, where he established the company as the leader in the identity and access management industry. Hemen has led many assessments and end-to-end implementations of role-based access control, user provisioning, identity auditing, identity certification, web services, and directory & password management products. Hemen holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Southern California.
Naynesh shapes and guides the company's operations and leads technology and product direction.
He joined Simeio from KPMG LLP, where he served as practice director and Americas leader for identity and access management services. During his tenure with KPMG, he led the development of the global delivery methodology around identity and access management, serving as national instruction lead. Naynesh has over 15 years of experience in the implementation, strategy, design and assessment of identity and access management solutions for clients in the telecom, retail, energy, automotive, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, entertainment, financial services and insurance sectors. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University.
Shawn is responsible for sales, business development, channel partners and marketing. He plays a key role in helping to grow the business and to expand its mindshare in the marketplace.
Most recently, he was Consulting Director at Oracle and Director of Professional Services for Sun Microsystems, prior to Oracle's acquisition of Sun, where he was responsible for the sales and delivery of a $100M portfolio of IT services. Before joining Sun, he held leadership roles at Netscape eCommerce Solutions (acquired by AOL), KPMG Consulting, and MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Shawn has over 18 years of experience in the strategy, architecture, design and implementation of enterprise solutions across several industries, including financial services, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, media & entertainment, telecommunications and retail. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Management Information Systems) from Northeastern University.
Doug is responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting and human resources.
For the past 25 years, Doug has held financial and operating roles in a number of high-growth, venture and private-equity backed companies. Prior to Simeio, he was Chief Financial Officer of CloudBlue Technologies, Inc. (Acquired: NYSE:IM – Ingram Micro, Inc.); Docufree Corporation; Servigistics (Acquired: NASDAQ:PTC – PTC, Inc.); Employease (Acquired: NASDAQ:ADP – Automatic Data Processing, Inc.); and Alphamed (Acquired: NYSE:BAX – Baxter International Inc.). He began his career at Price Waterhouse LLP. In 2006, B2B Magazine named the sale of Employease to ADP its “Deal of the Year” and, in 2007, Doug was named a finalist in the Atlanta Business Chronicle's “CFO of the Year” awards for his work at Servigistics. Doug holds degrees in Finance and Accounting from The Florida State University.
Asif is responsible for sales and delivery for the Simeio Canada and Simeio Gulf IAM practices.
Prior to joining Simeio, Asif worked at Sun/Oracle, where he was responsible for the delivery of identity solutions across Canada. At Oracle, he drove the growth of the identity footprint in Canada, playing a unique role of a solutions advisor to some of Oracle's largest customers in this region. Asif joined Sun as part of the acquisition of Vaau, where he played a vital role in establishing the Vaau Role Management Product (now renamed Oracle Identity Analytics). He has worked across North America, serving clients in the utilities, energy, telecommunications and financial services industries, and is seen as a thought leader in the areas of Identity Management, RBAC and Compliance. Asif holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from Madras University and an MBA from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.
