Simeio Expands Internationally, Naming Gavin Cameron Vice President of Sales in Europe 

The proliferation of on-premises and cloud-based IAM solutions and services is creating vast opportunities worldwide. In fact, the global IAM market is projected to grow to 24.1 billion by 2025, with the European market representing over 4 billion by 2024. Supporting global IAM demand requires a global presence. To that end, please help me welcome Gavin Cameron as the company’s Vice President of Sales in Europe. Gavin is going to help us grow our platform and presence, as we actively pursue our strategic international growth plan.

IAM aligns security policies with business initiatives and the market drivers that are rapidly increasing in Europe. The growth of IAM in Europe is coming from rigorous government regulations, like GDPR, and the growing use of BYOD and mobility, that creates a greater need for user device authentication. I recently caught up with Gavin, to get his perspective as he ramps up. “I’m really excited to join the Simeio team, and lead the sales initiatives in Europe. Gavin Cameron is a high-performing cybersecurity sales professional with over eighteen years of experience selling IT, SaaS, cybersecurity and managed services solutions, as well as building C-level strategic relationships. Before joining Simeio, Gavin helped launch and scale ZeroFOX in the UK, developing new markets from scratch and achieving high revenue growth. Previously, he managed and significantly grew Trustwave’s UK banking and financial services business. Gavin has a wealth of channel experience, having successfully worked with many resellers, MSSP’s and distributors. In addition to building a successful career, he is a husband and father of two, a keen mountain biker, and competitive tennis player.
